At 12 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, Felician Golden Falcons, featuring former Bergen Catholic High School standout Luis De La Cruz, secured a 12-1 victory over the Lincoln Lions in an NCAA Division II baseball contest.
The matchup was held at Breslin Field and marked the teams’ first meeting of the season.
De La Cruz contributed two hits in three at-bats, scoring three runs and collecting one walk.
The Golden Falcons are slated to face the Lincoln Lions again at Breslin Field on Wednesday, March 11, at 3 p.m.
