Roger Williams Hawks secure 15-12 win over WPI in NCAA Division III baseball; Westwood’s Arcieri contributes

On Tuesday, March 17, at 3:30 p.m., Sam Arcieri, a former Westwood Regional High School standout, helped the Roger Williams Hawks clinch a 15-12 win against the WPI Engineers in NCAA Division III baseball.

The matchup, held at New England Baseball Complex, marked the teams’ first meeting this season.

Arcieri registered one hit in three at-bats, drove in a run, walked three times and struck out once.

The Hawks are set to face the Tufts Jumbos at Paolino Field on Thursday, March 19, with first pitch at 3 p.m.
