North Bergen pre-kindergarten students recently got a visit from North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue for some fun, educational, and valuable fire safety training.
The kids had a chance to see a fire truck up close, take pictures with the firefighters, and receive hats and coloring books in addition to receiving lessons from the firefighters on Stop, Drop, and Roll.
They learned about the dangers of playing with fire, calling 9-1-1, and other responses in case of a fire emergency.
