On Friday, March 13, the Yeshiva Maccabees, featuring former Torah Academy of Bergen County standout Zevi Samet, were defeated 101-80 by the Emory Eagles in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The contest was the team’s first game against the Emory Eagles in the tournament, held at the George W. Woodruff P.E. Center at 1 p.m.
