Mayor Nicholas Sacco, Police Chief Peter Fasilis, and Public Safety Commissioner Allen Pascual presided over an Oath of Office Ceremony on Tuesday, July 12, during which four new Special Law Enforcement Officer Class II Recruits (SLEO II) were sworn in to the North Bergen Police Department: Nicholas Manocchio, Javier Garcia-Riancho, Gabrielle Rich & Joshua Rivas.
